Sick Child in Bali

I had a couple of busy days with a sick child and a full flight schedule, so it was good to get out for a 10 mile run on Tuesday morning. There was a full moon to light the way through the windless, humid countryside. My pace was even and my heart rate was low.
For some reason there were a lot of dogs on the route. More than I usually see. There must have been 45-50 dogs in the first 5 miles. Good to have my Dog Dazer with me, although the dogs were not very aggressive on this morning.

The rest of this week has been spent with my sick child in and out of the hospital. That certainly is more important than a few runs. I will be able to get in a few runs starting Friday night.
