Another week of training.

On Tuesday my legs felt like they were recovered from the hard effort of the weekend. I knew that I didn’t want to do much of a run, so I waited until mid-day and went out for a hot, slow run. Covered 3.5 miles at an easy pace and worked out the kinks. Since this was at the hottest part of the day, 90F, it was important not to go too hard.

Wednesday morning, I went out for a run in the dark. Ran along my usual route through Canggu for 10 miles. Ran at an easy pace and still ended up with a pretty good overall time.

Friday was another 10 mile run in the dark. Seems like I am back into the Vampire habit. I enjoy running at night when there is not a lot of pollution spouting traffic. For this run, I wanted to try to keep my overall heart rate down. It stay pretty consistent, but not down as low as I wanted.
