More Bali Runs Again

I guess I forgot to post this from a few weeks ago…………

Some days it’s nice to mix things up. Once again I had to get away from my “vampire” runs and try to run in the daylight. Sunday morning I waited until sunrise to start out for a, hopefully, quicker 10 mile run through Canggu.
It was nice to interact with some of the local residents that I never get to see during my normal night-time runs.
I didn’t really think about pace too much. Just kind of went by feel and ended 5 minutes faster than last week. I waved to the people I passed who were starting their day. Said Hi to a few that looked my way. It was a pleasant start to a Sunday.  After I get back home, I jumped into the pool with my son and played with his toy airplanes. That made for an even better start to the day.
