Sunday mornings are great times to run in Manila. The streets are almost empty for the first couple hours after sunrise. Crowds of people are out Jogging and riding. Many more are out for an early walk.
It just seems more peaceful and easier to go longer on Sunday mornings.
I can’t say the same about weekday mornings, but I have been out most mornings, building up my mileage to get a good base.
I am still injury free and I believe it is because I have run smarter, not faster.
